The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service, Acquisition Management Division, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a construction project for the removal and replacement of carpet in court chambers and jury room, remodeling of the Bankruptcy Court�s IT office, and asbestos/lead abatements. Location is the Sioux Falls Federal Courthouse, 400 S Phillips Ave., Sioux Falls, SD 57104. Building Number: SD0021 This procurement is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside. The estimated construction cost magnitude for all work under this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a size standard of $45 Million. All responsible, qualified firms are encouraged to submit a proposal. The source selection process and criteria will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable methodology. A site visit will be conducted February 23, 2026, at 10:30 AM CST (Local Time). Details pertaining to the site visit meeting are enclosed in the solicitation. Interested firms are encouraged to attend the site-visit. Contractors as asked to submit an RSVP request for this site visit. Deadline to RSVP is February 19, 2026, by 12PM CDT. The solicitation closing date will be March 10, 2026, at 4:00 PM CST.
