Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is soliciting, under Solicitation W912CH-25-R-0142, a new Firm-Fixed Price, One-Time Buy with 100% option contract for the following: Noun: Housing, Mechanical Drive NSN: 3040-01-134-6589 P/N: 12294765 Inspection/Acceptance: Origin FOB: Destination NAICS: 333613 Offerors shall follow Section L for Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors for proposal submission and Section M for Evaluation Factors. There are several clauses and provisions throughout this solicitation that require information to be provided. THIS ITEM IS EXPORT CONTROLLED. The solicitation will incorporate Export Controlled Technical Data Packages (TDPs). Access to Export Controlled portions of the TDP will require vendors to be certified in the Joint Certification Program (JCP).
