PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit proposals for Assisted Parking Services from qualified quoters. The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) San Francisco California Health Care System (SFHCS) has a requirement for assisted parking services to alleviate parking problems. The Period of Performance will be for a Base year and four one-year options. The anticipated start date will be on or near April 01, 2026. The Solicitation will be issued as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-aside.
