Questions regarding this pre-solicitation must be sent in writing to David.rovner@va.gov and cc: charee.harris@va.gov Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 will be issuing a request for quotation (RFQ) for a qualified general contractor, having EPA 608 Certification, to Replace Morgue Cooler in accordance with the SOW, drawings, and specifications located at 4150 Clement Street, San Francisco, CA 94121. The duration of this project is approximately 240 calendar days After Receipt of Order (ARO) is issued.
