Project Title: Replace ER AHU Brooklyn Campus Project No.: 630A4-26-500 Description of Work: Provide all necessary labor and material to complete the Replacement and refurbishing of the HVAC equipment includes the replacement of the packaged AHU, refurbishing and upgrade the exhaust fans, replacement of the reheat system entirely, Heat exchanger, Pumps, CV boxes and piping in accordance with the attached manufacturer specifications and the VA specifications at http://www.cfm.va.gov/til/specs.asp. Work shall meet all VA design guidelines and requirements.
