The Baltimore District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 3,490 usable square feet of commercial retail space located within a � mile radius of 508 N. Oxford Valley Road, Langhorne, Pennsylvania 19047. The space shall contain adequate parking for approximately twelve (12) Government vehicles both during the day and overnight. The space must also have a secondary means of egress or the ability to add one. Must use Government Lease.
