The intent of this pre-solicitation synopsis is to make notice of a proposed contract action for Design-Build (DB), construction services for the Marine Corps Barracks Initiative (Package #1) located at the Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) in Cherry Point, North Carolina. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This acquisition will result in a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for design-build construction services. The proposed Design-Build project includes the demolition of five Bachelor Enlisted Quarters Buildings and will provide replacement billeting capacity of 720 two-person rooms to support 1,440 personnel at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point.
