About this archived opportunity

This is amendment A0001 for the Renovate SCI for Negative Pressure project at the James J. Peters DVA Medical Center, IFB Solicitation 36C24226B0024. This amendment provides the following: Revised Scope to include bathroom modifications. (attachment) Revised Bid Sheet that includes Line Item 2 for an Add Allowance for additional work, in the amount of $80,000.00. Allowance is reflected on revised Bid Sheet (attached). Award will be based on total bid: Line Item I: Base Bid + Line Item II: Add Allowance of $80,000.00. Provide 100% Solicitation Specifications. Confirm that the bid opening is extended to 2/26/2026@ 3:00 PM EST Confirm that the Completion Time for the project is changed to 400 Calendar Days from NTP. Contractors must bid accordingly based on the above information, solicitation drawings, specifications, revised SOW, and Revised Bid Sheet.
