The intent is to award a Utilities Energy Service Contract (UESC) under the Basic Operating Agreement (BOA). This Sources Sought/Notice of Intent is an update to Notice Number N6273-21-G-4402.THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS.
