Commander, Fleet Readiness Centers (COMFRC) Procurement Group, Patuxent River, MD, hereby gives notice of intent to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to Rhinestahl Corporation., (Cage Code: 5QE71), on a sole source basis in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one source reasonably available and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The BPA is anticipated to include a five (5) year of performance. COMFRC has requirements for as needed General Electric Corporation (GE) tooling (including fixtures, pullers, etc.) for engine repair operations. Rhinestahl Corporation., (Cage Code: 5QE71) is the GE approved licensee for the tooling. Rhinestahl Corporation., based in Ohio, is the only known source for the required tooling. ...
