The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a proposal for Consular Audio System Preventive Maintenance at the U.S. Embassy Nairobi. The purpose of this firm fixed price resultant contract is to provide preventive maintenance services for the Consular Audiovisual (AV) System (Intercom, Paging, & Displays) in accordance with Attachment A. These services shall result in all systems being serviced under this agreement being in good operational condition when activated.
