About this archived opportunity
The United States Air Force (USAF) intends to release a solicitation for a competitive Engineering Services indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for Aging and Surveillance (A&S) testing and predictive age-life model (PALM) creation for Air Delivered Munitions (ADM). The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to fulfil the specific requirements. All ADMs listed in the attachment to this pre-solicitation synopsis will be provided by the USG as Government furnished equipment (GFE). Measurement, computed tomography (CT) scanning, testing services, PALM creation, and contract line-item number (CLIN) efforts will be either Firm Fixed Price (FFP) or Cost-Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), as described in the attachment. This is not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement.
