Solicitation is amended to EXTEND the due date of proposals to allow the Government additional time to answer questions and provide requested drawings and photographs. UPDATE 02/09/2026: Due to a significantly high volume of questions and the time required to clear drawings and photographs for release, the Government will be extending the solicitation due date. An amendment will be issued on or before Thursday February 12, 2026 for the extension. Questions and answers along with additional drawings, revisisions to the statements of works, and revisions to the solicitation will be provided as soon as possible. Amendment 0002 is available.
