This is a Special Notice/Request for SF-330s for the establishment of an Architect-Engineering (A/E) contract with services to be performed at the Central Virginia VA Health Care System in Richmond, VA. This requirement is being executed under a 100% set-aside to service-disabled veteran owned small business (SDVOSB) firms under VAAR 852.219-73.
