** EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 12, 2026: The government has posted Amendment No. 0001 hereunder this Notice (please refer to the Attachments Section). ** ** Under this Solicitation, the United States Army Corps of Engineers- Chicago District issues Solicitation No. W912P626BA016 for bidding purposes. PROJECT INFORMATION: The scope primarily includes removing the existing material on the upstream face of a stacked masonry stone wall, shotcrete, applying a waterproofing system, and replacing the material to the east and west of the Upper Appleton hydropower plant. The existing wall is roughly 150 years old and has had increased seepage over the past decade. It is founded on bedrock and +/- 20 feet tall.
