USACE-SAV is conducting market research to identify qualified and capable sources for an anticipated Geotechnical Laboratory Testing requirement. This questionnaire is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation, Request for Proposal (RFP), or commitment by the Government. Participation is strictly voluntary. Responses will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy, including potential set?asides.
