The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, firm fixed price contract with L3 Technologies, INC., Address: 9 Akira Way, Londonderry, NH 03053 for the purpose of procuring panoramic night vision goggles. L3 Technologies only sells these products direct to the government and the technology is proprietary. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
