The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Emerging Technology (EM) Directorate, and Defense Information Technology Contracting (DITCO) PS61 are requesting industry input to inform updates to the Department of Defense (DoD) Unified Capabilities Requirements 2013 (UCR 2013), Change 21. This effort focuses on functional areas relevant to current and emerging technologies, system integration, and interoperability.
