The Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA Energy) is procuring Contractor-Owned, Contractor-Operated and Government-Owned, Contractor-Operated (COCO/GOCO) retail/bulk fuel services for JAA, Ultra-low sulfur diesel and Unleaded gasoline. Bulk dispensing will be provided for JAA at a specified location on USAG-HI at Schofield Barracks (COCO) and Wheeler Army Airfield (GOCO). This is a follow on retail site real estate instrument optimization facility and there will be no Government facilities or equipment furnished for the contractor.
