1. INTRODUCTION Battelle Energy Alliance, LLC (BEA) is the Management and Operating (M&O) Contractor for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) at the Idaho National Laboratory (INL). BEA is requesting an Expression of Interest (EOI) from Prospective Offerors (Subcontractors) that are qualified and capable to provide elevator service, repair, and maintenance. 2. BACKGROUND INL is a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) national laboratory dedicated to nuclear energy, national security, and clean energy innovation. To maintain operational efficiency and safety, BEA is seeking qualified vendors to provide services, including repair, maintenance and regular service, to keep our elevators and escalators in good working condition. 3.
