STATEMENT OF WORK The contractor shall provide all services, labor, travel, transportation, material, shipping, parts, connections, and equipment necessary for provision and on-site installation of equipment to provide a minimum of two Vision 1327 Cart and Utensil Washer/Disinfectors located at 4801 Linwood Blvd, Kansas City MO 64128. The cart washer/disinfector equipment are needed to support Sterile Processing Service (SPS) for reprocessing sterilization compatible containers and transportation carts used for transportation of reusable medical devices (RMD) used in invasive procedures.
