This Special Notice is to request industry feedback on the potential options the Government is considering for commisioning of the excitation sytem under this proposed contract action. The current project scope, and options for commitioning and testing of the excitation sytem is provided in the "Attachments/Links" tab. Please review the file and provide your response in the format below, to the contract specialist, at Tyler.L.Godwin@usace.army.mil by the due date and time. QUESTIONS FOR INDUSTRY: 1. When would Warranty begin for each potential path? 2. Which potential path presents the least risk? 3. Are any of the potential paths unbiddable? If so, why? 4. Which potential path in your estimation would be the least costly? 5. Which potential path would you recommend? 6. Is there a commissioning option we haven�t considered? 7. What path would produce the most accurate bid price?
