GENERAL INFORMATION Notice of Intent for Sole Source The Medical Readiness Contracting Office - Pacific intends to award a firm fixed-price, non-personal contract for Preventive Maintenance and Repair Services for Siemens CT System and Siemens X-Ray Systems at Brian D. Allgood Army Community Hospital (BDAACH), Camp Humphreys, to include all labor, parts, material and travel, to repair and /or maintain the Government owned equipment, in a fully functional condition in accordance with (IAW) Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) specifications. This requirement is for a period of performance from 1 September 2026 through 31 August 20231, plus four one-year options, plus the FAR 52.217-8 option to extend.
