Description proposed work. This project is to demolish 2 brick buildings, designated as B149 and B150. Both buildings have experienced a complete roof collapse causing substantial damage to the supporting walls. The extent of the damage renders the buildings irreparable, necessitating complete demolition of roof structure, and exterior supporting walls. Building 149 is located in a large courtyard surrounded by other structures and connecting corridors, which necessitates additional access and demolition considerations. The contractor shall complete the requirements described in this scope of work, drawings and specifications within 120 calendar days after the notice to proceed.
