The purpose of this Amendment 0003 is to amend Combined Synopsis-Solicitation 36C26125Q0822 as follows: Offerors who wish to be considered for award must submit new quotes starting on the date Request for Quotations, Amendment 0003, is issued. Submission of your new quote shall be received by Alison Weinstein alison.weinstein@va.gov AND Jose A. Hernandez, at jose.hernandez1@va.gov by 8:00 AM PT, Friday, March 6, 2026 (03/06/2026). The Buy American Act applies to this synopsis/solicitation. Please read the Instructions to Quoters in the attached Combined Synopsis-Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, 36C26125Q0822, Amendment 0003. VAAR 852.219-76 is tailored for this combined synopsis solicitation. Vendors providing quotes shall comply with the detailed instructions in the combined synopsis solicitation Amendment 0003 to fill out VAAR 852.219-76, VA Notice of Limitations on Subcontracting, attached to this Amendment 0003, and return it with their quote. The certification must be properly completed. Failure to follow these instructions will result in a quote being rejected and not forwarded for evaluation. See attachments for all requirements.
