Solicitation Notice W9127N26RA008 John Day Transportation and Site Access The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District, has a requirement for a contractor to design and build transportation and site access improvements at the John Day Dam in preparation for the turbine rewind and generator replacement (TRGR) project at the site.
