About this opportunity
The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Inscription House Health Center (IHHC) in Tonalea, Arizona, intends to place multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with Lakota Enterprises, Inc. (K75MP9MX15Y8) and First Nations Distribution, LLC (HTSEGJEP4KF4) for procuring various dental supplies inclusive of miscellaneous disposable impression trays, temp canal enhanced, Optibond soloplus adhesive unidonse, surgifoam sponge, PPE, lollicaine, etc. on an as-needed basis for the Dental department. The anticipated period of performance shall be issued as a base plus two option years from the date of award with a duration of twelve (12) months.
