RFP Notes 1. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541330 with a size standard of $47 Million. 2. This procurement is being competed on a sole source basis. 3. Offers are due no later than 12:00 pm EST on 28 February 2026 and shall be submitted via email to robert.l.brennan29.civ@us.navy.mil and copy matthew.r.forsythe.civ@us.navy.mil. If any changes are made, the offer is considered non-responsive and ineligible for award. 5. Offerors are reminded to pay particular attention to Sections L and M as they relate specifically to proposal submissions. 6. On 04 February 2026, the RFP post was amended in order to incorporate an updated PWS, which corrected the number of FTE�s, Period of Performance, and removed the Public Affairs Assistant task. The amended solicitation and updated PWS have been uploaded as attachments and the previous PWS has been removed. The date to submit offers remains unchanged. 7. On 18 February 2026, the RFP was amended in order to correct the NIACS code 541330 (Exception 3) size standard from $25.5 million to $47 million.
