About this opportunity
The contractor shall provide a self-sustaining base located at Combat Trains Command Post (CTCP) Victory (south region of Summit Bechtel Reserve 37�53'25.2"N 81�06'40.2"W), in Fayette County, WV, and additional support tentage at the Raleigh County Memorial Airport (RCMA) located in the surrounding area. Services will include: site design, preparation and maintenance (pre-, during, and post- award); food: delivery, prepared and served; potable water delivery and distribution; lodging for up to 375 personnel at the CTCP Victory; HVAC; generated power; lighting; cots; several support tents (dining, operational command, etc.); ice; latrines; black and grey water removal; showers; fuel for all contracted support equipment to maintain base; sinks; dumpsters; trash cans; trash removal; interior ...
