The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN), Contracting Department, Norfolk VA intends to award a to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Sole Source direct award to JFL Consulting, LLC for Precise Time and Astrometry (PTA) Enterprise systems security capable of meeting the agency�s requirements, collect, develop, and analyze transport and, Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) data for cyber security and readiness with hardware meeting the requirements. Additionally, United States Naval Observatory (USNO) requires the developing and maintaining cyber security monitoring infrastructure in order to perform cyber screening, incident detection and response, and risk assessments in support of USNO.
