Elevator Maintenance Services at the Caven Point Marine Terminal, Jersey City, NJ. Monthly, Semi-Annual, and Annual inspections and maintenance tasks as specified in the Statement of Work. General Requirements Scheduling of Preventive Maintenance, Service and Repairs. Normal Work: The Contractor shall perform all normal work under this agreement, including unlimited call-back service, will be performed during the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on all regular working days observed by the Federal Government (hereinafter called Regular Working Hours).
