About this opportunity
Project proposal submittals should provide the following: 1. Submit a Technical Report providing design basis, existing topography, site hydrology, and existing and proposed conditions hydraulic modeling demonstrating the project’s ability to successfully impede upstream passage of an 18-inch rainbow trout, for flows up to the peak of a 5-year recurrence interval storm. 2. Submit design and construction details, including proposed materials and construction methodology, site access plan, site dewatering plan, and project implementation schedule. Implementation must be completed by August 2026. The design shall meet requirements of NOAA’s “Anadromous Salmonid Design Manual (NOAA, 2022) for a combined velocity and jump height barrier. 3.
