This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the purchase of Meal Tray Delivery Carts (see Salient Characteristics B.4) for the Roseburg VAMC as prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented in the attached Request for Quotes (RFQ).
