Description of the requirement: This is a sources-sought notice to determine market conditions for establishing a non-personal services contract to provide operation, maintenance and service (M&S) for approximately 136 automatic doors, 3,375 overhead doors (some hangers), and commercial doors for preventative and corrective (on demand) maintenance at the Fort Hood Army Installation, Fort Hood, Texas. Fort Hood is located near Killeen, Texas and consists of approximately 218,823 acres. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein.
