Notice of Intent to Sole Source � Palm Beach County Ocean Ridge Endangered Sea Turtle Nesting Surveys and Monitoring NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Jacksonville District established a contract with DB Ecological Services Inc (CAGE 3FAY9), of Boca Raton, FL, on a sole-source basis IAW FAR 13.106-l(b)(l), to conduct during and post construction surveys and environmental monitoring for nesting Threatened and Endangered (T&E) sea turtle species within the project footprint of the Palm Beach County (PBC) Ocean Ridge Shore Protection Project (SPP).
