Scope of Work: C.W. Bill Young VA Medical Center Environmental Management Service (EMS) Grounds is requesting to purchase a TL-2 Lightning Loader Grapple Truck Name Brand or Equal. Background: The C.W VA Medical Center EMS Grounds requests to purchase a grapple truck to help pick up downed trees and limbs after hurricanes and severe weather events. This will help with proficiency and timeliness in clearing roads and parking lots. This truck can also be used when trimming trees. The grapple truck will pick up debris much more efficiently and effectively than by hand. This truck is also needed for regular tasks such as clearing paths in the conservancy.
