Description of Effort: The objective of this acquisition is to procure a construction contract(or) to complete all construction services needed to renovate building B211A at Veterans Affairs Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center & Clinics (VA SORCC). Infrastructure work includes architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety and structural renovation for building B211A for specialty care (~2,100 gsf).
