This Special Notice is to advise interested members of the Aviation and Missile Technology Consortium (AMTC), as well as other interested members within the U.S. technology base, that a Request for Enhanced Whitepapers (RWP) has been issued by Advanced Technology International (ATI) for the Aviation and Missile Technology Consortium (AMTC).
