Amendment 2: This amendment removes the requirement to buff, strip, and wax. Statement of Work page 9, item 3 now reads "Sweep and wet mop all laboratories/work areas, and all other linoleum-covered surfaces. The sentence "This includes dry buffing, spray buffing, stripping, and waxing." is removed from the the Floor Maintenance section on page 13 of the Statement of Work. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment 1: This amendment updates the matrix of services found on page 9 of the attached statement of work. Services 2-17 must be performed five (5) days per week for Building 38. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
