Description of Supplies / Services Fermi Forward Discovery Group, LLC (FFDG), operator of Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (Fermilab) under contract with the U.S. Department of Energy, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the fabrication and delivery of steel plates for use in the PIP-II Beam Transport Line (BTL) Collimator system. The scope includes procurement of carbon steel plates cut, machined, and fabricated in accordance with laboratory drawings and technical specifications. Requirements include material certification, dimensional tolerances, surface finish requirements, and quality assurance documentation. Detailed drawings and specifications will be provided upon request. The anticipated subcontract type is firm-fixed-price. Delivery is required to Fermilab, Batavia, Illinois.
