This is a Notice of Intent, not a request for proposal. The National Institute of Health, Clinical Center (NIH-CC) intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition basis with the following vendor: LabVantage Solutions, Inc. Acquistion Description: The purpose of this requirement is to obtain out-year licensing and support to supplement the cGMP compliant Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) that has already been purchased (under POTS# 23-009948) and that is currently under configuration. This request is being made for licensing agreements post-installation to support the configuration and rollout of the Portal and to supplement the time already included under the original SOW based on the information gathered during the Site Process...
