Dear Prospective Offeror, The U.S. Embassy in Sri Lanka invites proposals from five-star hotels to provide accommodation and conference facility for the American Spaces Workshop to be held in Colombo, Sri Lanka, from April 19-25, 2026. Priority will be given to U.S.-branded hotels. Please refer the attached file for details of scope of service Requirements Prices should be exempt from VAT and SSCL Payment will be processed within 3�4 weeks following satisfactory completion of the conference.
