The Defense Loglstlcs Agency ( DLA) wlll issue a Request for Proposal on February 24 2026 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mll /. The proposed contract wlll be soliclited as 100% Small Business Set Aside. The NSNs listed on the Request For Proposal (RFP) will have a contract minimum and maximum set at the NSN level. This will be used to determine if cost and pricing data will be required with any proposals if none of the exceptions apply. An Indefinite Quantity Contract with one base year and four (4) possible option years is anticipated. The total duration, base period plus option years, shall not exceed 5 years.
