Amendment 4 - Questions from the site visit are posted as an attachment, along with a final Statement of Work with highlighted changes. Attachment 4 has changed to information regarding Enviromental Protection and Occupational Health Safety for review. Attachment 5 is now the Pricing Template used to submit final quotes. Due to the delay in posting the questions from the site visit, the new final date to submit a quote is being extended by 14 days to 9 March 2026 at 9:00 am EST.
