Non-personal service to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items for services necessary for Grounds Maintenance Services at IL177 - Four (4) Locations in Illinois; in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The period of performance is 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027 with four (4) twelve (12) month option periods and a six-month (6) option to extend services. Please be advised that this requirement is set aside exclusively for Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). To be eligible, vendors must be listed and verified on the SBA Small Business Search website. **Note: There are four (4) sites and NOT five (5) as stated in the solicitation description.
