Project Description: The project includes all design and construction necessary to modernize the space, improve the customer experience, and replace outdated equipment, refresh exterior areas, ITT Center, Library, Gaming area, Brewhouse, along with food storage, meeting rooms, offices, and restrooms as described herein; including all demolition, installation, renovation, temporary construction and restoration necessary to produce a complete and useable facility. Project Budget: The total funds available for design and construction of the facility is $4,400.00. Proposals over this amount may not be considered. Please see attached Request for Proposal.
