Market research is being conducted to determine interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement. Information gathered from the market will be vital in the information and set aside status of this solicitation Pleae note: All contractors doing business with the Federal government must be registered in the System for Award and Management database. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 541620 (Size Standard: $19M) and the PSC is B510 - Special Studies / Analysis Environmental Assessments. Please respond by the closing date if you can do the following: 1. Are you capable of satisfying this requirement? 2. Can your firm provide the supplies/ services in compliance with the specifications listed in the PWS? 3. Does your firm qualify as a Small Business? 4. Is your company registered and active in the System for Award Management? If so, provid your UEI number and Cage Code. See attached PWS for complete requirement details. Evaluation Criteria: The Government will evaluate the extent to which the Contractor's previous experience with projects of similar scope, magnitude, and complexity demonstrates its capability to successfully perform the requirements of this project. The contractor must possess the following experience: 1) Performance of sediment characterization in coastal/marine environments. 2) Ability to generate sampling and analysis plans in accordance with the Dredged Material Management Program (DMMP) User Manual. 3) Ability to collect and process sediment core and grab samples and analyze the sediment samples for chemical and biological laboratory testing in accordance with DMMP guidance. 4) Ability to review, interpret, and synthesize chemical and biological sediment data succinctly in a comprehensive data report that includes tables and figures. 5) Ability to generate, review, and uploard electronic data deliverables in the Washington State Environmental Information Management (EIM) database format for acceptance and publication in the EIM database.
