Synopsis: NASA/NSSC has a requirement for Xilinx Software Renewal. NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to Avnet Inc: 2211 S 47th Street | Phoenix, AZ 85034 under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i).
