About this opportunity
This is a solicitation for commercial items with incorporated provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06, 1 October 2025. The contractor is hereby advised that the United States Government and Agencies thereof are exempt from State and Local Government tax by virtue of Article 6 of the United States Constitution. No exemption certificate is required. This is an all-or-none requirement and partial proposals will be deemed unresponsive and will not be evaluated. The Government will award on a single IDIQ to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements as stated in the Solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government based on the criteria listed in section L and section M of the Solicitation.
