The 316th Contracting Squadron (CONS) intends to make a sole source contract by the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements) for the Computerized Flight Software Subscription Services with Jeppesen Foreflight, Inc. of 55 Inverness Drive, Englewood, Colorado 80112-5412. In accordance with FAR 6.302(c)(2)(ii), contracts awarded using this authority shall be supported by a written justification and approval described in FAR 6.303 and FAR 6.304.
